Behind the scenes are always a crowd favorite. You see where the magic happens, how ideas become reality, the process leading up to the completion. Our recent dining event “Kitchen Crawl” did just that. We opened up the kitchen doors for members dining that evening to walk through the “line” to pick up their tapas-style plates while meeting our amazing culinary team. Executive Chef Hannah Flora-Mihajlovic had each chef put together a special dish for their station, bringing their unique culinary talents and style to highlight the dish. Amongst the options included Sushi Station, Steak Frites, Cauliflower Tacos, Liver & Onions, Coconut Curry Duck Breast, Lemon Grilled Swordfish, Shrimp Yakitori and so much more.
Live entertainment filled the room with Mizner’s Piano Man, Anthony. The night was wrapped up with sweet treats from our exquisite pasty department.
