Across the club, for the month of October, a sea of pink covers the tables and backs of many. Pink in October? October is Breast Cancer Awareness month!
Mizner partnered with Play for P.I.N.K. to host 2 golf tournaments, tennis round robin and a silent auction to (FUN)DRAISE for Breast Cancer Research.
Play for P.I.N.K. supports volunteers organizing sporting and lifestyle events to benefit the Breast Cancer Research Foundation, raising $4.9 million annually to bring about breakthroughs in detection, treatment, prevention, and survivorship.
These club-wide events were a great success, raising thousands for an amazing organization and cause. Thank you to all of the members that help organize these events.
