15 Jan VERNON GETTONE ACHIEVES CRSE CERTIFICATION
Mizner Country Club announced that Vernon Gettone, Mizner’s Director of Tennis, has completed and passed all the requirements to be awarded the designation of Certified Racquet Sports Executive (CRSE).
The CRSE Program is a 10-month, intensive study and experiential continuing education program which demonstrates the commitment of each participant to his profession. Upon successful completion of the course work and a 100-point exam, graduates receive the highly respected CRSE designation. The program is limited to (25) professionals to ensure personalized attention.
In making the announcement, Larry S. Savvides, CCM, CCE, General Manager, Chief Operating Officer for Mizner Country Club, “We are extremely delighted and proud of Vernon’s accomplishment. His hard work and dedication to the rigorous requirements needed in achieving the CRSE designation are truly exemplary. On behalf of Mizner’s board of directors, the staff and the membership we heartedly congratulate Vernon.”

Savvides was notified of Vernon Gettone’s CRSE designation by Mark McMahon, McMahon |10s, Administrator of CRSE program, and responsible for the one-to-one coaching. “The disciplines covered in the program are those most critical for today’s private club racquet sports professional to master. Module topics address a variety of relevant and important operating disciplines including:
